Please check our Terms and Conditions prior to ordering and feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or queries.


Our website orders take priority over those placed on third party websites such as Etsy, as such we are currently at a 7-10 day turnaround for website orders.  Most orders will ship well with-in this time frame but if you haven't recieved a dispatch notice after a week feel free to contact us and we will check on our order for you.


Payment must be made to secure items. We accept, paypal and most major credit /debit cards.


If you need to modify your order, contact via our contact page in the main menu. It is recommended to include the order number of the item that you would like to modify to ensure accuracy.


You’re free to cancel an order before items have been made. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time may be charged, at this point, it’s unlikely that cancellation is possible.


All of our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24 as standard. Once an item has been shipped we have very little control over delivery.  We will provide you with a tracking number that you can check for updates but we cannot intervene with Royal Mail packages until 10 working days passed the expected delivery date.  Please try and have patience and these are many outside influences that affect delivery times. If you would like more support with your order, please contact us with your order number and we can take a look into it for you.


Due to the personalised nature of the vast majority of our products they are none refundable unless received damaged or faulty. In the case of a damaged or faulty product we would need photographic evidence or in some cases, we will pay for a returns label and will refund once we have received the item back.

In the rare occasion that an order arrives with a manufacturing flaw, is the incorrect size, or has other obvious flaws, we will gladly work with you to find a solution. 

Non-personalised products such as the Enchanted collection can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Once we have received the product back we will process the refund within 24 hours.


We LOVE custom orders.  If you have an idea you's like to see come to life please contact us via our "Contact Us" form above.  We are always happy to source new items and create something new from scratch or just tweak an existing item. 

However please note we will not produce anything that breaks copyright laws. This is included but not limited to Disney characters and logos of famous brands - unless express permission is given by the copyright holder - in which case we would need to see documented evidence.


We have done lots of bulk and corperate orders including items for Slazenger, the NHS, various gyms/coaches and also for weddings and events.  We are always happy to do discount on bulk orders and would love to discuss your needs via our "Contact Us" page


Melidy Makes reserves the right to cancel any orders that go against our terms, in this case a full refund will be sent to the buyer.
