Shipping policy

All of our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24 as standard. Once an item has been shipped we have very little control over delivery.  We will provide you with a tracking number that you can check for updates but we cannot intervene with Royal Mail packages until 10 working days passed the expected delivery date.  Please try and have patience and these are many outside influences that affect delivery times.
