Our personalised Plant Pots, are the perfect way to remember a loved one. Personalise with a name or phrase to create the perfect item for you. Each one comes with a free packet of Forget Me Nots.

The plant pot is made from earthenware which is a lightweight ceramic but beautiful quality.

SIZES (approx) -
Small - 10cm height by 12cm wide (at the widest point)
Medium - 12cm height by 15cm wide (at the widest point)
Larger - We can offer these pots in bigger sizes but these are not routinely stocked so are priced depending on size needed, please send a message with an approximate size you are wanting and we will get back to you with a price.

The plant pots are made to order and come as seen in pictures as default. Personalisation will default to white and, wording will default to "GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN *NAME*". However, feel free to message us with any other colour or wording requests and we will try to accommodate where possible.

**As this is a personalised item, it is none refundable unless received damaged or faulty. In the case of a damaged or faulty product we would need photographic evidence or in some cases, we will pay for a returns label and will refund once we have received the item back.
