Simply add all relevant details in the personalisation box and we will take care of the rest. Please note brief short snippets are more likely to be taken in in an emergency situation - the more concise you can be the better. We are limited to around 6 snippets of text on the front. If you want to add sensitive information such as contact information please purchase the double sided option.

NEW OPTION - DOUBLE SIDED
Due to some people wanting to add medicine info or contact details etc, we've added a double sided option. This allows that information to be safe and discreet on the back with a note on the front alerting to it's location. Generally this info isn't needed by a first responder but can give additional piece of mind knowing it's accessible if needed.

**As this is a personalised item, it is none refundable unless received damaged or faulty. In the case of a damaged or faulty product we would need photographic evidence or in some cases, we will pay for a returns label and will refund once we have received the item back.
